These Terms govern access to awaywithmiles.com and its content. Paid services are also governed by the terms presented at checkout and the Service Agreement.

1. Educational information

Website content and strategy services are educational and informational. They are not legal, tax, investment, financial, credit-repair, immigration, insurance, medical, or travel-agent advice. You are responsible for evaluating credit-card terms, costs, eligibility, applications, loyalty-program rules, and travel decisions.

2. No guarantees

Away with Miles does not guarantee card approvals, welcome offers, points earned, award availability, transfer timing, booking success, redemption value, schedules, cabins, seat assignments, airline performance, or travel outcomes. Programs, transfer partners, award prices, fees, and availability may change without notice.

3. Your responsibilities

You retain responsibility for applications, financial decisions, point transfers, account security, itinerary approval, and authorizing any booking assistance. Before a financial or booking action is authorized, current terms, availability, passenger details, travel documents, entry requirements, taxes, fees, and final booking conditions must be confirmed. Never send passwords or authentication codes.

4. Intellectual property

The website, brand, original text, layouts, and graphics are owned by or licensed to Away with Miles and protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, or create commercial derivative materials without permission.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or use automated systems in a way that burdens the site or violates law.

6. Third-party services

The website may link to or embed Google Forms, Cal.com, Cloudflare services, payment providers, airlines, banks, loyalty programs, and other third parties. We do not control their content, security, availability, terms, or practices.

7. Disclaimers and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. Away with Miles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost points, travel, profits, or data; or losses caused by third parties, program changes, transfers, bookings, cancellations, or disruptions.
